E Coly bacteria and how to avoid them

The majority of patients are exposed to the bacteria E coli has bloody diarhea, and not a few who have kidney complications.E coli is a bacteria that is found everyhwere (water,toilet,kitchen,food,soil,air too).Not all dangerous E colli bacteria,only certain types of species that can cause serious illnesses such as E coli Strain O104:H4 a new outbreakin german.Is include as one having an infected bacterium that causes bloody diarhea,often develop into a disease that can cause failure of kidney function and various infectious complications. And E coli strain O157:H7 outbreak in United states in 1982. E coli bacteria can survive at a temperatur of 7 degrees celcius and die at temperatur of 70 degrees celcius.
 Here are some tips to avoid bacteria E coli:

  • Note the appearance,smell and taste the food before it entered to the body/before consumption.
  • Wash food thoroughly,gently rub the entire surfac.
  • hand washing is the most important thing to do,especially after using the bathroom or after touching animals and before preparing food,because rinsing hands with water help reduce bacteria that stick in hand.
  • Beef should be cooked to a temperature of 160 degres farenheit/100 degrees celcius (use a thermometer to be sure)
  • Cooking vegetables for a 15 seconds at a temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit / 100 degrees celcius alsowill kill E col.
  • Separate raw food from ready meal, avoid eating unpasteurized(raw) such as cheese,milk,or jus. Stay away from all human and animal feces.
  • Keep food ingredients with good storage techniques in the refrigrator.
  • To be sure the net is a live act of the most effective way to avoid all kinds of diseases.In essence clean all kitchen utensils after use,such as cutting boards and refrigerators.
  • Wash hands after touching raw meat,distinguish a cutting board to cut fruit / vegetables and raw meat, like chicken, meat etc.
